Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Campus Dining Dietitian/Nutritionist to lead health and wellness initiatives at Eastern Kentucky University. You will collaborate with culinary, marketing, and leadership teams to enhance student experiences and align nutrition programs with campus housing and dining services.

You’ll plan and implement education events, support meal plan choices for dietary needs, and supervise food safety and nutrition policies while engaging with students and staff across campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, food/health sciences or related field.
• Food safety knowledge with ServSafe certification; must be obtained within 6 weeks of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Supports health and wellness platforms and implementation of programs such as tabling events, food samplings, cooking demos, lunch and learns, health fairs, guest speaker events, dining tours and other on-campus programming.
• Engages student population through social media and pop-up events to drive engagement and student satisfaction.
• Supports meal plan sales by assisting students with choosing meal plans that fit their dietary needs and housing location.
• Supports peer-to-peer programming and student interns as needed.
• Supports contract retention efforts and client relations.
• Stays current on dining, nutrition and sustainability practices and trends.
• Collaborates with campus organizations on event planning and serves as liaison between dining services and community partners.
