? JOB SUMMARY
As part of the management team, the Campus Dietitian works under the direction of the general manager and senior executive chef to plan, organize, direct and lead nutrition, allergens, dietary accommodations, and sustainable dining on campus. This position assumes responsibility for some or all of the following: recipe compliance, menu engineering, wellness events and engagement and guest dietary needs. The Field Parkhurst Dietitian interacts with team members, customers, guests and other facility department personnel. Performs related duties as assigned.

This annual compensation for this role is $58,800 - $80,850 based on experience.
