Qualifications

• Experience in custodial, maintenance, or groundskeeping preferred but not required.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable performing physical work (standing, bending, lifting, walking).
• Willingness to learn basic cleaning supplies and grounds equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain cabins, restrooms, offices, common areas, and other campus spaces.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and empty trash as needed.
• Complete routine and deep-cleaning tasks using checklists.
• Restock supplies and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist maintenance with basic repairs and seasonal grounds work.
• Set up and take down event spaces and equipment as needed.
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends for events or seasonal needs.
