Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Six (6) months of relevant experience in a related custodial role.
• Must follow safety guidelines and use PPE when required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service buildings, sanitize and mop floors, dust, vacuum, remove trash and debris.
• Perform floor care including burnishing, waxing, and carpet cleaning as needed.
• Set up for special events and assist with campus activities as contracted.
• Assist with snow removal and exterior cleaning near building entrances.
