Campus Services Group seeks a School Custodial Department Manager to lead environmental services at a campus in Flourtown, PA. The role emphasizes supervision, safety, and ensuring quality cleaning standards in a school environment.

You will oversee staff across shifts, coordinate projects, maintain supplies, and ensure compliance with infection control and safety policies. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years’ experience in Environmental Services in a school or healthcare environment and personnel supervision is desired.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work varying shifts; basic computer skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages and supervises the environmental services staff at a single campus according to policies and procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Provides leadership, support, coordination and guidance to ensure quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met.
• Coordinates and insures timely completion of projects and programs in the building across shifts.
• Maintains records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel and equipment.
• Acts as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff.
• Performs day porter, custodian, and floor technician duties as needed.
• In-servicing and training staff, touring the building for quality control.
