Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of custodial or facilities management experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience leading frontline teams.
• Knowledge of custodial procedures, equipment, and chemicals.
• Experience managing schedules, performance, and budgets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee custodial services across campus facilities.
• Develop cleaning schedules and staffing plans.
• Conduct facility inspections for quality and safety.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure coverage for evenings, weekends, and events.
• Lead staff development and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with campus stakeholders and respond to requests.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety trainings.
