The University of Chicago's Mental Health Services within the Student Wellness Center is seeking a clinical psychologist to conduct triage and initial appointments; provide direct clinical mental health services to eligible students; and provide consultation, outreach, and support to various members of the campus community.

• Education: college or university degree in related field.
• Work experience: 2-5 years in related discipline.
• Certifications: ---
• Doctoral degree in psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an APA approved program.
• Experience: university counseling setting preferred.
• Evidence-based, time-limited psychotherapy experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts triage, diagnostic evaluation, and crisis assessments.
• Provides goal-focused individual, couples, and group psychotherapy.
• Offers emergency and crisis intervention with daytime on-call coverage.
• Maintains timely electronic documentation.
• Provides consultation and outreach to University community.
• Supervises trainees as needed and appropriate.
• Adheres to laws, ethics, and university policies.
