Qualifications

• Prior food safety, allergen awareness, customer service, and culinary experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items following standardized recipes and instructions to meet production and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portioning, ensuring proper temperatures and presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas, and stores/discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed and assists in production planning and record keeping.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies, and reports any maintenance or safety issues to supervision.
• Performs duties safely and contributes to a cooperative team environment in compliance with HACCP standards.
