Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise preparation and cooking of all meals.
• Estimate food needs and requisition quantities to meet menus.
• Supervise receipt, storage, and distribution of food supplies.
• Instruct and train subordinates in proper preparation and cooking.
• Maintain kitchen, storage and related areas clean and pest-free.
• Assist a cook of higher rank as needed.
