Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic food handling knowledge and equipment familiarity.
• Ability to read and follow recipes unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with current standards to ensure high-quality service.
• Follow recipes and directions for soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts.
• Estimate food requirements and check production to plan supplies.
• Significant walking or mobility required.
• Stand for extended periods, sometimes exceeding 8 hours.
• Lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Perform repetitive motions and maintain cleanliness.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and ready to work.
• Other duties as assigned by accounts or client needs.
