Job summary

Clearsulting, a global consulting firm, is seeking a Campus Consulting Analyst in the United States. The role supports finance transformation, data analytics, and organizational change across client engagements, with hybrid or remote work options.

You will manage project plans, track milestones, and help develop executive-level presentations for clients. Applicants should be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA and must be authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree to be completed by December 2026 or May 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Dive into dynamic consulting engagements spanning finance transformation, process improvement, technology enablement, data analytics, and organizational change.
• Support project teams in delivering high-impact client engagements by managing project plans, tracking milestones, identifying risks, coordinating communications, and helping drive successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members across all levels to support client meetings, workshops, and project deliverables while building professional consulting skills.
• Assist in developing executive-level presentations that translate complex issues into clear recommendations across processes, systems, and people.
• Perform primary research to uncover issues, identify gaps, and design innovative solutions for challenging client problems.
• Utilize cutting edge statistical tools and software to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Engage in internal projects that offer opportunities for learning and personal growth.

Role

Campus Consulting Analyst

Location

• Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.


• Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.


• Relocation Assistance is not provided.


• Travel Expectations: 0-40%

The compensation range for this position is $68,000-72,000. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based upon several factors, including, level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry standards.
