• Oversee design, feasibility studies, and selection of architects/contractors.
• Manage day-to-day construction activities ensuring quality, budget and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and architects during construction.
• Track status, budget, and resources using project management tools.
• Document post-project outcomes, lessons learned and recommendations.
