Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, with extensive leadership experience in data center or infrastructure construction.
• Proven track record managing complex construction projects with significant budgets and operations.
• Experience leading internal teams and external partners/vendors in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure systems and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and German (mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

• Anticipate project challenges by proactively managing risks and applying innovative solutions to maintain momentum
• Oversee financial management including budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and contract negotiations to support business growth

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, supported by extensive leadership experience in data center or infrastructure construction
• Demonstrated success managing complex construction projects with significant budgetary and operational responsibility
• Proven experience leading internal teams and external partners/vendors in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and data center infrastructure systems
• Exceptional leadership and influencing skills with the ability to build strong cross‑functional partnerships
• Strategic mindset combined with pragmatic, decisive problem‑solving capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in project management systems and digital construction tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and German (mandatory)
