Levy Restaurants at the University of Central Florida is seeking a Concessions Runner to keep locations stocked and support leads during events.

Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking supplies, setting up items for sale, rotating stock, recording refrigerator temperatures, and running products to concession locations during events. Teamwork and reliability are essential for a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties; remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Inventories and restocks supplies and food products.
• Sets up items for purchase on a daily basis.
• Keeps refrigerator stocked and product rotated using the first in, first out rule.
• Stocks pantries with correct par levels of food items on a daily basis. Records replenished amounts on floor stock form for each unit. Records refrigerator temperatures on floor stock form daily.
• Runs product during events to concessions locations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
