Job summary

University of South Carolina seeks an Undergraduate Recruiter to develop and execute strategies for engaging prospective CIC students on campus and online. You will collaborate with CIC staff to understand program requirements and promote USC’s undergraduate offerings.

The role requires coordinating tours, managing student ambassadors, and nurturing prospective student inquiries while supporting evening and weekend events as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 3+ years of relevant experience (may be substituted by certs/training).
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote, and execute on-campus engagement events.
• Support off-campus student engagement activities.
• Know CIC curriculum to advise students effectively.
• Coordinate campus tours for prospective students and families.
• Lead ambassador search, training, and scheduling.
