Wisconsin Union in Madison is seeking a Catering Supervisor to lead a student crew in setting up and serving catered events on campus, in surrounding buildings, and off campus. You will ensure events run smoothly through strong leadership and customer service.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily food service activities, upholding food safety standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences at weddings, meetings, and special events.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising food service staff.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to federal, state, campus, and local food safety regulations, policies, and procedures
• Assigns and coordinates the day-to-day activities of food service staff
• Prepares, presents, and executes catered events
• Leads and provides exceptional customer service, answers questions, and provides information regarding food preparation, catering, and associated activities
• Cleans, inspects, and maintains kitchen equipment and work areas
