Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Catering Service Worker at the Community College of Baltimore County—Catonsville campus. You will welcome guests, operate the service line with a customer-first approach, and help serve vibrant menus while maintaining clean and tidy work areas.

You may also be responsible for setting up food and beverages, ensuring supplies are ready, and providing timely, friendly service. This role requires flexibility with shifts and a dedication to teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

0–1 year of related experience is beneficial.
Possess a valid driver’s license.
Customer-service mindset and teamwork are valued.

Responsibilities

Organize, set up and deliver requested catering services to specific location or conference room.
Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.
Set up all food and beverage in a professional appearance and logical manner, ensuring condiments and service ware are available as needed.
Ensure all services are cleaned up at the end of the meeting/event.
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
