AVI Foodsystems, through its AVI Fresh division, seeks a Divisional Director of Catering to shape the future of higher-education catering across nearly 50 university programs. This leadership role will drive strategy, growth, and exceptional client experiences from campus events to major conferences.

You'll lead a team, build standards and programs, Partner with culinary leaders on menus and experiences, and travel as needed to oversee performance and growth across multiple locations in Central

Qualifications

7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in catering, hospitality, conference services, events or large-scale food service.
Experience leading complex, high-volume, multi-unit catering operations and high-profile events.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, pricing and operational analysis.
Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship-building and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, growth and profitability for AVI Fresh catering across nearly 50 campuses.
Establish service standards, best practices and operating systems across campuses.
Coach and develop campus catering directors and their teams.
Build a collaborative catering community across the division and develop training tools.
