Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Arranges tables and decorations.
• Buffet tables set with food, beverages and service items.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Cleans location after event completion.
• Returns equipment to the catering facility.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety throughout functions.
• Supports and works under the catering captain.
