Qualifications

• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations following safety standards.
• Stores foods according to wrapping, dating and food safety procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Ensures sanitation and safety requirements are met.
• Works with recipes and portion control to ensure quality and serving temperatures.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner and resolves complaints.
• Processes sales transactions on the cash register and handles payments.
