Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of carpentry experience across all aspects of the field.
• Proficient reading of safety regulations and documentation.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and web-based applications) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform major and minor carpentry repairs campus-wide.
• Respond to service requests and perform routine and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain, repair, and install doors, partitions, locks and hardware, windows, flooring, roofs, room furnishings, and related building systems.
• Undertake renovations and alterations on a variety of building materials.
