Job summary

General Mills in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Campus Candidate Experience Coordinator to support day-to-day campus recruiting and the summer internship program. You will act as the primary contact for candidates through interview, travel, assessment, offer, and onboarding, delivering a thoughtful, efficient candidate experience.

You will collaborate with business functions, HR partners, interviewers, and recruiters, manage communications and scheduling in Workday, and help plan internship

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of administrative experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels, including executives, students, candidates, customers, suppliers, and General Mills management.
• Data-driven approach with experience in analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting administration for assigned business functions, including candidate communications and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate interview-day logistics and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Administer candidate assessments and track workflow using Workday Recruiting and other tools.
• Develop partnerships with business partners, HR, and hiring managers to support internship lifecycle and full-time hiring.
