Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of food service experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of personnel management policies and procedures, leadership, and organization.
• Demonstrated knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations governing food production and service.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform mathematical computations.
• Ability to supervise employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise kitchen staff.
• Order and receive inventory; verify shipments.
• Produce and maintain work schedules.
• Ensure food items are served per menu specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate reports of daily, monthly financials and inventory.
