These positions fulfill transit services for campus by completing routine routes or contracts for special transportation needs. Once certified to operate specific vehicles, these roles ensure timely transit for campus affiliates and guests in consideration of their needs, vehicle operational capacity and road conditions.

Per Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, all drivers must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
