Red Bull North America, Inc. is seeking a part-time Student Marketeer Team Lead to support on-campus brand activation, product sampling, and team coaching. You will assist the Field Marketing Specialist and Student Marketeers, coordinate campus events, and help manage incentives, schedules, and feedback.

Qualifications

• Currently assigned as Student Marketeer – Generalist with at least 6 months of experience.
• Ability to lead a project and motivate team members.
• Passion for the Brand and ambassador of Brand and Product knowledge.
• Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some nights and weekends.
• University enrollment is required.
• Must be able to lift and move items weighing 25 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Marketing Specialist and team in on-campus activations.
• Demonstrate brand/product knowledge during field missions.
• Coordinate sampling, scheduling, and feedback with university planning.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding, and training of Student Marketeers.
• Provide monthly analysis on status of branded assets.
