Job summary

Kaplan in Texas Tech University is seeking Student Brand Ambassadors to boost Kaplan’s campus presence, online visibility, and community connections. This paid role offers up to ~10 hours/week with flexible scheduling and a structured training program.

The position awards a free Kaplan course and either a free USMLE qbank or $1,000 toward a Bar review course to support your educational goals. Candidates should commit to at least one academic year.

Qualifications

• Current sophomore, junior, or senior on campus.
• Engaged in campus community or leader of a student club/organization.
• Active on social media with an engaged audience.
• Skilled at finding relevant student groups and fostering relationships.
• Creative problem solver with excellent communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple initiatives while working independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Use existing connections to build Kaplan relationships with student organizations.
• Generate leads through on-campus initiatives and social media.
• Execute grassroots marketing initiatives (tables, fairs, flyers, etc.).
• Develop partnerships with influential student groups and organizations.
• Present to students on campus about Kaplan products and resources.
• Create and share content through personal social media to engage students.
