Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a part-time Student Marketeer in Charlotte, NC to act as a campus ambassador and sales ally. You will learn Red Bull's target group, drive brand visibility, coordinate campus plans, and engage students with product trials at events.

You'll build networks on campus, collaborate with sales teams, and create authentic social content to expand the brand's presence while accommodating flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• University or college enrollment required.
• Must be fluent in English, additional languages an advantage.
• Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Immersed in student life with an understanding of the collegiate landscape and local city, including behind-the-scenes activities & hot-spots.
• Connected with a diverse range of influential groups and individuals on campus.
• Affinity for project management, working 'behind the scenes', and winning sales.
• A team player, willing to represent Red Bull with branded outfits and onboard the Red Bull Mini.
• Employees may be required to lift and/or move items weighing 25 pounds or more, as needed.
• Travel 0-10%

Responsibilities

• Be a brand and product ambassador on campus and in the region.
• Build and execute a tailored campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life.
• Create a strong campus network and maintain relationships with local individuals.
• Identify local content creators and collaborate with the local Field Marketing Specialist.
• Grow the user base through product sampling and answering consumer questions.
• Work at Red Bull events and activations to ensure a memorable brand experience.
• Increase brand engagement on social media through authentic content.
• Build relationships with local sales account managers for visibility and availability.
• Collaborate to open new distribution points on campus and beyond.
• Ensure execution of defined store standards and leverage Red Bull assets.
• Plan and report activities in the online platform; share local insights and trends.
