Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a Student Marketeer to drive brand and product understanding on campus and in the region. You will reach new consumers, excite students, increase sales, and drive visibility through events, sampling, and authentic social media content.

As a flexible, part-time role, you’ll build campus networks, collaborate with local teams, and represent Red Bull with branded outfits. The position supports university life and local campus activities in Glassboro, NJ and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license.
• University or college enrollment required.
• Must be fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Immersed in student life with understanding of collegiate landscape and local campus/city.
• Connected with a diverse range of student groups on campus.
• Affinity for project management, behind-the-scenes work, and sales.
• Team player, willing to represent Red Bull in branded outfits.
• Employees may be required to lift/move items weighing 25 pounds or more.
• Travel 0-10%.

Responsibilities

• BE A BRAND & PRODUCT AMBASSADOR: Live and breathe the brand through everyday interactions with campus consumers.
• Build and execute a campus plan that engages students and brings the brand to life on campus.
• Create a strong campus network and maintain relationships with local individuals.
• Identify local campus content creators and bring them into the Red Bull World.
• Grow the user base by inviting product trials and sampling at the right place and time.
• Work at Red Bull events and activations to ensure memorable brand experiences.
• Increase brand engagement on social media with authentic content.
• BE A SALES EXPERT: Build relationships with local sales teams to ensure Red Bull is available and visible.
• Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points on campus and beyond.
• Leverage Red Bull assets to stay top of mind in sales accounts.
• EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE: Deliver executional excellence and attention to detail in all areas.
• Share ideas and collaborate with the team and plan/report activities in the online platform.
