Job summary

Red Bull North America on-campus opportunities in Washington, DC region seek a Student Marketeer to build and execute smart sales and marketing plans, elevating the Red Bull brand among students and the campus community.

You will partner with a local Field Marketing Specialist, learn the target audience, and drive trials, events, and content that enhance brand visibility. A flexible part-time schedule supports student life and campus activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• University or college enrollment required.
• Must be fluent in English, additional languages an advantage.
• Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Immersed in student life with an understanding of the collegiate landscape and local city.
• Travel 0-10%.

Responsibilities

• BE A BRAND & PRODUCT AMBASSADOR: Live and breathe the brand, represent it premium-ly in daily interactions.
• Build and execute a campus plan engaging students and bringing the brand to life at your university.
• Create a strong network on and around your campus and maintain relationships with local individuals.
• Identify local content creators and bring them into the World of Red Bull with your FMS.
• Grow the user base by product sampling at the right time and place, answering questions from consumers.
• Work at Red Bull events and activations to ensure unforgettable brand experiences.
• Increase brand engagement on social media with authentic content.
• BE A SALES EXPERT: Build relationships with local sales accounts and ensure visibility of Red Bull.
• Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points within campus and beyond.
• Leverage Red Bull assets to stay top-of-mind in stores and on campus.
• Ensure execution of defined store standards.
• EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE: Deliver executional excellence and attention to detail across roles.
• Share ideas and collaborate with your team through regular interactions.
