Job summary

Kaplan seeks a Student Brand Ambassador for the University of Virginia to boost Kaplan’s campus visibility through grassroots marketing, events, and social content. The paid role offers flexible 5–15+ hours per week and a paid training program with enrollment incentives.

You will build relationships with student groups, present on campus, and connect interested students with our test-prep advisors, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and working remotely as needed.

Qualifications

• Active on campus with leadership in a student club or organization.
• Engaged social media presence with an audience.
• Skilled at finding relevant student groups and fostering relationships.
• Creative problem solver with strong communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple initiatives independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Use existing campus connections to strengthen Kaplan relationships with student organizations.
• Generate leads through on-campus initiatives and social media.
• Execute grassroots marketing at tables, fairs, and events.
• Develop partnerships with influential student groups and clubs.
• Present to students on campus highlighting Kaplan’s products and resources.
• Create and share content on personal social channels to engage students.
• Collaborate to identify on-campus event opportunities.
