Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Bartender Non-Tipped at Merrimack College. You will provide exceptional customer service, mix and serve drinks, and work with servers to deliver fast, accurate service. Prior bartending experience and knowledge of drink recipes are preferred.

Candidates must meet local alcohol service age requirements and be able to stand for extended periods. Full-Time or Part-Time positions available with varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with preparing a wide range of beverages and proper drink mixing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment and collaborate with servers.
• Must meet local and state alcohol serving age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive guests, mix and serve drinks with and without alcohol, and create proper garnish recipes.
• Ensure bar area is stocked with tools and products needed to mix drinks and serve customers.
• Prepare accurate opening inventories and place orders to replenish supplies as needed.
• Remain friendly, diplomatic and attentive when dealing with guests.
