Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide quick, friendly service and beverage customization.
• Prepare hot and cold beverages, including coffee and specialty drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee bar, equipment, and service areas.
• Educate guests on menu offerings and suggest add-ons.
• Handle sales transactions and cash with accuracy.
• Ensure timely service and accurate order delivery.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
