Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per recipes and production sheets.
• Ensure proper food preparation following recipes and production standards.
• Assist with production records including waste tracking and shortages; inform supervisor when supplies are low.
• Maintain proper presentation, food quality, and serving temperatures.
• Ensure sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and area.
• Interact with customers and address complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
