Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary experience in a similar role.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.
• Assists with production records including waste tracking, used/unused portions and shortages; informs supervisor when supplies are low.
• Maintains proper presentation, food quality, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Handles food items safely during preparation and service.
• Cleans equipment and workstation; keeps display equipment clean and debris-free.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Keeps up with peak production and service calmly, accurately and efficiently.
• Ensures all food is presented, served and displayed per standards.
• Follows sanitation and safety standards per corporate and OSHA guidelines.
• Completes shift work in a timely and thorough manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
