Job Summary

Contribute to Sanford Health Talent Acquisition by engaging in recruitment and brand awareness efforts that spread the mission, vision, and values of the organization on college campuses. Campus Ambassadors are college students working remotely from their current campuses to promote Sanford Health and Good Samaritan Society through various recruitment and branding activities. They will build and maintain candidate pipelines to support workforce needs, collaborating with talent acquisition, academic, and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an Associate or Bachelor's degree program from an accredited college or university.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
