Job Summary

Contribute to Sanford Health Talent Acquisition by engaging in recruitment and brand awareness efforts that spread the mission, vision, and values of the organization on college campuses. Campus Ambassadors are college students working remotely from their current campuses to promote Sanford Health and Good Samaritan Society through various recruitment and branding activities. Ambassadors will build and maintain candidate pipelines to support the workforce needs of Sanford Health and Good Samaritan Society, collaborating with talent acquisition professionals, academic leaders, and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an Associate or Bachelor's degree program from an accredited college or university.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
