POSITION SUMMARY
The Campus Aide provides supervision and direction to students across various areas of the school campus and maintains classroom continuity to ensure that students continue to learn in their teacher’s absence. This role serves as a perfect entry point into the school environment, offering valuable hands-on experience working across diverse areas of the school building and providing a strong foundation for individuals looking to further their profession through future promotional opportunities. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Framingham Public Schools seeks candidates whose background, teaching, or service has prepared them to contribute to our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging in all aspects of education.
Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Professional Experience: Experience working with children or within an educational/community setting is preferred.
Language Proficiency:Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.

Organizational & Leadership Skills: Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities to support student programming.
Cultural Proficiency & Equity: Demonstrated cultural competence and the ability to work effectively and equitably with students and families from diverse backgrounds.
Compliance & Confidentiality: Commitment to performing all duties in compliance with district requirements, state and federal laws, and Framingham Public Schools policies; ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and student records.
