Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills across diverse groups.
• Knowledge of project management software (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot).
• Proficiency with social media platforms (X, Instagram, and Facebook).
• Passion for conservative ideas and principles.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to recruit and organize student activism.

Responsibilities

• Launch and maintain Turning Point USA student chapters.
• Organize daily campus initiatives and recruit activists.
• Develop activist networks in assigned territory.
• Import and organize recruitment data.
• Represent TPUSA at events and conferences.
• Represent the organization on social media and manage the territory's student activists.
• Develop new activism plans and ensure successful chapter activity.
• Provide timely updates and progress reports to leadership.
