Equity Lifestyle Properties in Brooksville, FL is seeking a Maintenance - Level I to ensure guest safety and smooth operation of the campground. You will patrol grounds, enforce rules, assist guests, and handle reservations and store sales.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, customer-service focus, and a willingness to work weekends/holidays. Prior security or RV-environment experience is a plus; valid DL and clean driving record are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills needed.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent customer service and communications skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the property for issues or potential problems.
• Ensure property is properly secured at all times.
• Enforce resort rules and assist guests with concerns.
• Monitor campground gate and validate access eligibility.
• Perform routine patrols and inspections of golf carts and rentals.
• Take camping reservations, check in/out, and sell day passes.
