Job summary

You will coordinate calendars, prepare supplies, and work with the marketing team on social media. A strong focus on customer service, leadership, and a safe, fun environment is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Conversant in English language.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
• Ability to motivate, lead and develop a diverse team.
• Strong working knowledge of recreational activities.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all preparations for events from start to finish.
• Create and execute a detailed events calendar for the campground and guests.
• Prepare and procure supplies, equipment, and vendors as needed.
• Greet participants and explain activity rules to diverse groups.
• Coordinate with marketing for social media posts.
• Maintain recreation equipment and facilities to high standards.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and adapt activities for different ages.
