Job summary

Outdoor Recreation Hospitality LLC, dba White Mountain – Androscoggins- in New Hampshire is seeking a General Maintenance I to care for campgrounds and facilities. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, you will perform routine upkeep to maintain safe, inviting spaces for visitors.

The role requires basic mechanical skills, weekend or holiday availability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while adhering to agency policies and providing courteous service to guests.

Qualifications

• Possesses basic mechanical skills and facility maintenance abilities.
• Familiar with company and partnering agency policies and guidelines.
• Available for duty during weekends, holidays, and peak visitation periods.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Performs carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and general maintenance tasks.
• Maintains and services equipment to keep areas in safe, operable condition.
• Trash pickup across recreation areas, roadsides, and campgrounds.
• Maintains trash barrels and surrounding areas neat and clean.
• Informs supervisor of maintenance needs and supply levels.
• Assists hosts with miscellaneous duties as needed.
• Always provides courteous and respectful service to customers.
