Description:

Campbell University is a Division 1 university located in Buies Creek, North Carolina. Campbell University Football competes in the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA).

This position reports to the Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Medicine. The head football athletic trainer will supervise and coordinate athletic training services for student-athletes participating in intercollegiate athletic programs for the Campbell University athletic department, working under the medical directions of team physicians and in conjunction with referring physicians, other ancillary medical professionals, and Campbell University staff (athletic training, athletics administration, sport coaching, academics, sports performance, counseling services). The head trainer will be an integral member of the Athletic Training Leadership team and will assist with overseeing football assistant athletic trainers and an athletic training facility. Must adhere to NCAA, CAA, and Southern Conference institutional rules and regulations.
