What this job can offer you

What you bring
  • 3+ years experience in campaign management, outbound sales strategy, or GTM roles.
  • Expertise in contact list building, segmentation, messaging frameworks, and outreach tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong execution skills.
  • Passion for empowering SDRs with effective campaigns and clear targeting.
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
  • Remote work experience is a plus but not required.
Technical Requirements
  • Tools and Systems: Clay, Outreach, SFDC, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, Lusha, Amplemarket, Qualified, LeanData
  • Data Proficiency: SFDC data models, Snowflake, Sigma
  • Project Management: Notion, Zapier
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute high-volume outbound campaigns using intent signals, ICP, and firmographics.
  • Build and manage outbound playbooks (messaging, channels, sequences).
  • Oversee SDR team execution, coaching, and campaign adoption monitoring.
  • Align campaign strategies with sales leadership, RevOps, and marketing goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and iterate based on data.
  • Coordinate with Account Development and Market Nurture motions.

Remote Compensation Philosophy

Our salary bands are broad, considering geographic pay differentials to remain competitive worldwide.

The On-Target Earnings for this position are between $63,500 and $178,500, split 70/30. The actual salary depends on factors like location, skills, experience, and market demands. Salary ranges may change. We promote internal mobility with pay equity and fairness, reviewing changes case by case.
