Job summary

Jon Ossoff for Senate is seeking a Videographer and Editor to translate big ideas and news moments into videos people watch and talk about. The role requires relocation to the Atlanta, GA area and is full-time in-person, with frequent night and weekend work through Election Day.

You will capture events, edit for social channels and digital ads, pitch concepts, and move quickly to produce compelling content that reinforces the campaign's visual identity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience producing, directing, or editing video content for campaigns or media.
• Editorial experience in newsroom, political, or high-volume environments preferred.
• Expertise with Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects or similar tools a plus.
• Strong pacing and storytelling across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Capture events such as press conferences, rallies, campaign stops.
• Edit video content for social media and digital ads—short-form and long-form.
• Pitch concepts and execute them from idea to final cut.
• Move fast to cut rapid-response videos that meet the moment.
• Collaborate with social, creative, and communications teams to align messaging and visuals.
• Help build and maintain a clear visual identity for campaign video content.
