Job summary

Crowley for Wisconsin is seeking a Video Producer to join our growing digital department, focused on developing video concepts, producing, and editing footage to reinforce campaign messaging. The role emphasizes a strong creative perspective and storytelling ability.

The Video Producer will script, produce, and edit content for YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, X, and Instagram Reels, as well as rapid response video, with travel to events as needed and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and other leading video editing software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Access to a dedicated computer for editing.
• Experience in digital campaigns for political campaigns, organizations, or nonprofits is a plus.
• Detail oriented with ability to work in fast-paced environments and irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify and conceptualize ideas for video content that reinforces the campaign’s core messaging.
• Script, produce, and edit video content for long and short formats across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, X, and Instagram Reels; rapid response video.
• Help produce video and graphic assets for other departments as needed.
• Traveling and staffing events as needed.
• Regularly analyze social media metrics and report on performance, guiding improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
