Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Cleveland is seeking a full-time Women IN Philanthropy (WinP) Campaign Manager to advance women's participation in the Campaign for Jewish Needs. You will manage events, donor stewardship, and engagement programs including the WinP awards, Impact365, Pomegranate Giving Society, and K’sharim programming, reporting to the Senior Director.

This role requires strong project management, fundraising experience, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Jewish community and culture.
• Capacity to be a project manager and move quickly across projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and prioritize strategic imperatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with colleagues across the organization and donor base.
• Experience with CRM systems, data analytics, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key member of the Campaign Management Team providing vision, strategy, and new approaches for year-round stewardship of Campaign for Jewish Needs donors and potential donors.
• Assist in execution of key Campaign events in partnership with the Campaign team.
• Manage a portfolio of Women IN Philanthropy (WinP) events, activities, and projects.
• Oversee planning and execution of WinP Awards and liaison with award families; solicit nominations and publish materials.
• Lead staff for WinP Impact365 Giving Society, Pomegranate Giving Society, and K’sharim programming; identify engagement opportunities to steward donors.
• Participate as a member of the WinP Campaign Team.
• Manage a team of volunteer solicitors, coordinating their updates, information, and motivation to complete solicitations.
• Solicit assigned prospects and identify new individuals with donor potential.
• Serve as development officer for a donor portfolio, focusing on cultivation and stewardship.
