Job summary

Invisible Dynamics is seeking an Agency Producer to lead end-to-end production for campaigns and shoots. Based in New York or Los Angeles, you will connect the agency and production teams, manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations, and drive flawless execution from concept through delivery.

You will coordinate with directors, producers, and key stakeholders to optimize resources, manage vendors, and ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the production process for campaigns of varying sizes and scales.
• Able to juggle multiple projects and keep teams focused on delivering high quality work.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of production projects from kickoff to post-production, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budgets.
• Coordinate between Invisible Dynamics and Invisible Productions across projects to maintain seamless workflow.
• Own planning, scheduling, and execution of all assigned projects, coordinating across creative, strategic and client service teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and address challenges to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Deliver assets and wrap reports with clear communications and client satisfaction in mind.
