Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a Campaign Planner to support sales with proposal development, RFP responses, and campaign analytics. You’ll partner with Account Executives, Market Experts and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely proposals and strong client service.

You will analyze audience data, coordinate with planning tools, and help manage renewals and contracts while contributing to campaign optimization and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Education 4-year college degree, BA/BS or equivalent preferred or a combination of relevant work and educational, military experience
  • Work Experience 1+ years of experience in sales, sales assistant or support role; Media/Advertising sales preferred
  • Skills: Organized with ability to multi-task, manage own time, prioritize work, and deal with problems quickly
  • Able to compose emails and other written documentation clearly and concisely
  • Able to read, analyze and interpret verbal and written requests and directions
  • Able to complete required math calculations (i.e., multiply, divide, rate, ratio, percent)
  • Able to interpret a variety of situations and instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
  • Ability to work well in a team environment while accomplishing individual projects.

Responsibilities

  • Uses campaign planning tools to assist in the development of sales proposals with support from the RFP Coordinators.
  • Serve as the primary planning partner to Account Executives to understand and support client proposal requirements; including templates, audience research, competitive spending data and creative and production requirements.
  • Reviews final RFP responses and ensures all the requirements for a successful and compelling proposal that meets/exceeds client expectations are documented, accurate, and timely.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of customer needs, delivers excellent client service, and supports sellers in expanding business within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Inventory, and Creative teams to ensure seamless execution and optimization of campaigns.
  • Works closely with Account Executives to effectively manage holds, renewals & expiring contracts.
  • Conducts post-campaign analysis and reporting to assess creative delivery and verify proof of performance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary

The Campaign Planner is a sales support role and subject matter expert with organizing proposals and RFP response documentation, data gathering and analysis, and enabling sales & profitability. It is primarily a tactical and execution role working in close partnership with Account Executives, Sales Coordinators and Market Experts in Clear Channel offices nationwide. In addition, the Campaign Planner works closely with customers to maintain communication in order to help grow accounts, develops tactics to increase customer satisfaction by facilitating all aspects of the customer’s account in cooperation with the Account Executives

Physical Demands

The Targeted Compensation Range for this Illinois position is:

Min: $24.00 Max: $28.00 Hourly roles are overtime eligible; Installer roles are Productivity Pay eligible.

Ultimate compensation will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, skills, scope and responsibility of the position, as well as pursuant to salary market benchmarks. This salary range is a good-faith estimate of the salary for this position.
