Job Responsibilities:
- Client is seeking a contractor for our Campaign Operations - Marketing Operations team to support the end-to-end production and execution of campaigns.
- This role will focus on US SMB restaurant acquisition initiatives across multiple channels like email, events, paid, and organic, with a heavy emphasis on email program, email asset creation and list import governance and execution.
- You'll also be responsible for troubleshooting campaigns for email deliverability, audience targeting, and lead flow, as well as managing project deliverables and ensuring effective communication with various teams.
- This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations.
- Support the end-to-end campaign production and execution across multiple channels and digital assets (email, events, content, paid, organic) for US SMB restaurant location acquisition initiatives.
- Troubleshoot campaigns for email deliverability, audience targeting, reporting and lead flow.
- Manage project deliverables and communicate effectively across teams to drive projects forward.
- Support in marketing enablement by assisting in documentation and training to increase technology adoption, software acumen and alignment with operational processes.
- Become an expert in client's Marketing technology stack, identifying improvement areas and assisting with operational program development, troubleshooting and QA.
- Approaches work as an accountable stakeholder with empathy and understanding for colleagues and target audiences.
- Support lots of other teams and execution within Marketo.
- Templatized, someone can pick up easily to build and execute.
- Build and execute these campaign requests to target specific audiences.
- Email campaigns, programs for ad tracking, building programs for events, managing email communications.
What We Offer:
- Pay: $40-$50/hr
- Hours: 20 hrs / Week
- Length: Temporary (6 months)
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations or demand generation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using other marketing and sales technologies (Chili Piper, Salesforce, Zapier, Bizzabo) and project management tools (Asana, JIRA, Workfront).
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working collaboratively with teams across different time zones.
Preferred Skills:
- Good communication skills, priority-setting capability, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious and detail oriented; enjoys working with data and new technology.
- Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced work environment, works well under deadlines.

- Experience with Event management tool.
- Proficiency with system integration principles, experience troubleshooting points of system and process failure.
