Role Overview
As a Campaign & Media Coordinator, you will support the execution and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities include managing campaign documentation, financial tracking, monitoring media performance, and collaborating with campaign managers, media buyers, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are compliant, efficient, and results-driven.
Responsibilities
Operations:
- Review campaign contracts and transactions for accuracy
- Track revenue and KPIs for reporting and billing
- Monitor influencer pricing for cost efficiency
- Document offers, deliverables, and proof of posting for audits
- Support staffing insights and resource allocation
- Manage campaign setup and financial tracking within Zed platform
Paid Media:
- Assist in developing and executing paid media strategies
- Analyze performance data for insights and optimization
- Manage campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google
- Monitor budgets and ROI
- Collaborate with teams for cohesive campaign delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 1-2 years in marketing operations, digital media, or campaign execution
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)
- Analytical, detail-oriented, good with numbers and processes
- Comfortable working with budgets, KPIs, documentation
- Effective communicator, collaborative, remote work experience
- Experience in influencer marketing, ad tech, or media planning
